It's always great to be able to see family during holidays. I don't often because of travel costs; they are quite exuberant.
I've taken up a lot of old flooring is one of the most salable parts of a salvage job I've never found a coin other then modern stuff
spent it with my family eating, watching our team play football like turkey's, playing cards and going to a movie.
That's too bad, but the hunt is usually what makes it the most fun. The oldest coin I ever found was an IHC when I was counting money for a school fundraiser.
Settled on Interstellar. Hunger Games movie was sold out. First time for me viewing in a luxury theatre. Had little TV tray, seat side waitress and very comfortable, near lazy boy type seats. Movie was okay. Nothing great.
I'm looking forward to seeing the Hunger Games movie. I've always wondered about movie theaters like that. I usually just wait for movies to come out on Redbox and then I have my own comfy couch, dinner, and drink of choice. Nothing like pressing the pause button
Generally agree with you about watching via large screen in the comforts of the home; however, in this case, going to a movie after food and football with the family is a tradition. Secondly, there are some movies I want to see in theaters. I'll generally wait a week or two after the initial release to avoid the crowds. I was looking forward to the new Hunger Games movie as well, but it wasn't to be that night.
FYI => I liked the new Hunger Games flick ... the wife and I saw it in the big city of Winnipeg (putting-on the Ritz!!)
Worked Wed night, Thursday morning made Au Gratin potatoes. Thursday afternoon family get together at my aunts, had a great meal. Thursday night went to work. Friday got off work and went to Michigan State show where I spent two days visiting with coin buds, didn't buy a thing. Sunday came back and went to work, bid in Heritage auction and bought three pieces. Got home Monday morning about 11AM, got up at 9AM this morning.
