All S. I'm a fifth of the way there on all the state quarters with S mint marks, found in circulation, lol. Doubles on north and south Carolina, lol.
Your welcome. I to enjoy finding old coinage in change i look through. It's amazing what is still in circulation.
Well, here they are. Both complete sets of the 2019 and 2020 W series. All coins found in circulation starting April 19, 2021 except the Lowell. That was a trade with @Beardigger, thanks again. My only singles are the Lowell and the Samoa. A total of 70 W mint marks in hand, and I've sent out 6 total. 3 in prizes, 1 in swap with @Beardigger , 1 in the name of @Beardigger to @dimeguy and 1 to @Randy Abercrombie just because he's a good dude. Next i try to complete all the state quarters in S proofs found in circulation. I'm a fifth of the way there, and i cringe to think about how many I've seen, and thought, wow, that's really shiny, and just threw it right back.
I'm only putting this here because i don't want to clog up the works. Not sure if here, or my "simple thoughts" thread is better. I've noticed the "ancients" thread gets a lot of action over night. Guess they're early birds. See?
I'm a fan of saying, when the coin gods close the door on something, they leave the window open for other fun stuff. Well, the coin gods slammed the door on the W mint marks today, but they left the window open, for sure. By mint mark today? Why not. Paying attention @Treashunt? Here we go... D
