What could be a purpose of this eBay auction?

    Does anybody remember the story from years ago about the guy who put a lockbox below a night deposit slot, and labeled the original slot "Out of Order?" He got a few suckers too.

    The night deposit scam is still happening today. The police caught a couple of guys doing it about 2 months ago in NW AR. The box they used was a cardboard cut out and had night deposit written on it in marker.

    I guess this beats the momo that wanted $175 for the EF Bi-Cen half, and $99.00 for the "SILVER" 71 and 72 "CERTIFIED" halves......

    In my humble opinion, it is my firm belief that this person has confused "ruble" with the American dollar, and after calculating the conversion factor of (10,000,000 rubles to one U.S. dollar using the standard coversion factor of 1:0.00000145) I have determined that the acutal starting bid for this item is { $14.50 + shipping and handling}
