I'd like to have a nice 20 cent piece, which is a coin that I do not have in any condition. I also want a slabbed standing Liberty quarter in at least MS-64 condition. I have a half cent but I'd like to have one that is a little nicer. A slabbed flying eagle cent would be nice as well. I'd like to have a gold coin (preferably a St Gaudens) but they are way out of my current price range.
I'd really want to own this: http://www.perthmint.com.au/1-tonne-gold-coin.aspx Preferably at face value
PCGS MS-64 Peace Dollars, 1925-S, 1927-D and 1927-S. It's all I need to complete my high grade set and I can't find them.
I gave up on it but I always wanted the 1909 VDB Matte proof Lincoln. It was the last coin I needed to complete the set. I watched the price grow over the years to the point that I gave up. I should have bought it first.
Proof DCAM Seated Dollar, preferably PF-64 or higher. Here's one on PCGS's website graded PF-64+ DCAM
I do own a proof SL from 1860, but it is not DCAM like that one, and I would trade it for that one in a heartbeat.
I hope sometime to own a Massachusetts-Bay Pine Tree Shilling, I keep looking but haven't found the right one yet.
I'd like to own the $50 Panama Pacific gold strikes in both round and octagonal. Was actually hoping the mint was going to do something for the Centennial in 2015 but I guess not. There was that 2015 gimmicky Niue $2 silver commemorative release with a similar design but it's a terrible substitute imo. Maybe after my kids are done with college I'll be able to pick these up lol.
A good problem free chain cent. And a 1878 cc trade dollar in original skin au are two toward the top of my wish list. A nice pine tree would be nice too but like scottishmoney said I haven't found the right one yet
