After that, it was simply a joy ride until prices finally setteld to where they are today.</p><p><br /></p><p>Will there be another significant price increase? I don&#039;t really believe there will be. The wave has come and gone.</p><p><br /></p><p>So........if you&#039;re considering purchasing one of these, get it as cheaply a price as you can find and simply enjoy it for what it is! An interesting die variety.</p><p><br /></p><p>BTW, I have heard of folks still finding these in Dealer Inventory for around $50. No doubt sold by some unknowing collector to an unkowing dealer at melt. I seriously doubt that all 46,000+ coins have been graded and I&#039;m positive that there are folks out there that possess these and simply do not know what they are. The best bet is to understand what to look for and then check out every 2008-W you can get your hands on.
