I have been wondering about this subject for a while now my self. I just turned 67 and I am in very Bad health from serving two combat tours in Viet-Nam as a recon Scout. I was wounded twice, seriously the last time, and had malaria 3 times. My heart is in such condition from the malaria that my heart Doctor Say's that I can not survive another surgery. I live in Anchorage Alaska and we only have three small coin shops here and all three are crooks. I know if my wife took my collection to either one of them to sell she might as well run them through A coin star. I hope that some one out there has a suggestion or knows a coin dealer that would be honest enough that I could send my collection to and they would pay me a fair price. I estimate my collection to be worth some where around fifty thousand. My health is too bad to fly, so taking them to the lower 48 to sell myself is out of the question. I have thought about selling them on EBay But I do not feel like or have the energy to write a description for each coin. If any of you have a suggestion of what I should do, I would appreciate your suggestions very much. I know my wife could never handle this problem. She does have a couple of sons, but if I gave The coins to them, I might as well bury them and let some lucky guy find them with a metal detector Thanks
