What are these 2x Gold Indian Head coins worth?

Hey guys I need some help with valuing my coins correctly.

I tried to do my research on it myself. I looked in Red Book and found some prices for these coins but someone told me Red Book isn’t very accurate.

I don’t really know much about Indian Head gold coins but I’m trying to learn.

If anyone happens to know the approximate value of these 2 coins I would greatly appreciate it!

Some coins I've looked up have no value or maybe that's NGC ?

 

Because the coins generally sell for less that the value listed in the PCGS price guide. Never below spot, though, except in vary rare instances, I would assume.

I got $1410 first coin, second, $510 = $1920- 15%

 

$1885 list price. Maybe $1700.

 

We are close @furham . I got mine from PCGS values upon lookup .

 

How did you acquire them if you don't know what they're worth?

That's about right on ebay prices, but who's buying gold coins off of ebay with today's prices? Not me!

 

If you want to get an approximate value of a specific coin, check the "Sold" prices on eBay. IMO it's better than any price guide.

 

I agree . Sold Prices matter mostly. Especially with Error coins.

 

I thought the value was stated on the upper right corner.. $10 + $2.50 = $12.50

I know nothing about gold coins

Gold is fascinating. I only own 2 gold coins. I'm an avid metal detectorist and I dream of finding a gold coin or a few gold coins one day!
