What and how

Here on the top left and bottom right of reverse then on the obverse it is bottom left, top right but lower between the numbers and the word America. What might have made the lines? I doubt the lines makes it any more valuable but I am curious to learn what causes this like rollers or something?

Looks like Tom Thumbs fingerprint. Or thumbprint.

 

Not saying it is as difficult to tell from your photos but it may be roller lines. There is a small amount of over inking on the note.

 

I always thought that stuff was from a counting machine.

 

Roller lines from a counting machine sounds good.

 

This note slightly off center.. look at the seal placement. The green seal should be centered on the ONE. Nothing that drastic to demand a premium.

The other ink marks are ink smears from excessive wetness or notes being packed tight.
