Definitely PMD. I see tons of those "rare once-in-a-lifetime mint error - high quality - PQ - High Grade - Choice BU++++++++++ Rare Error" coins on eBay.

 

That's what folks in the know call a "class act". He's simply displaying his professionalism by not handling such a major error with his grubby digits.
