Last night, as I was having dinner, I watched the beginning of an old movie about oil prospecting at the beginning of the last century. That got me thinking. Technically, oil is not a precious metal. However, it's not called Black Gold for nothing. There is a lot of potential in oil as an investment. Of course, it's not something you can put into your money pouch but you can still buy and sell oil futures as well as invest in oil companies. What do you think?
I wouldn't call it "investing" so much as I'd call it speculating. And, I would never recommend to anyone to get into the commodities market.
Oil investment would be a great idea. Especially at the state of oil pricing, you could really have some profitable outcome. What makes it better was that oil would just keep its price appreciating as time goes by! we all know how mankind needs oil in their life..
