    Wow, there are some great coins of Domitian in this thread.

    @Parthicus Maximus , that is a great coin with a lovely portrait. If you after some other great portraits I would recommend the denarii from 84-88. There are some amazing portraits on these coins.

    Wow what an excellent coins @Orfew. I am now looking for a denarius from Domitian as emperor, preferably from 84-88. However, I have to plan my purchases well because my budget is limited.

    Good description of the portrait:shame: The Obol is nice.The Diobol, however, is exceptional in my eyes, I have rarely seen such a beautiful provincial coin.

    That is indeed a very beautiful portrait! It also looks a bit like mine. Do you think the same engravers engraved different denominations? I always thought engravers engraved a standard denomination.
