I bought a bag of token/world coins from my local pawn broker/friend today. He said to me, I thought you might be interested in these. I said sure and didn&#039;t even look at them until I got home.&nbsp; yes I used the two words together pawn and friend.&nbsp; He is always giving me great deals because he hates dealing with foriegn coins and tokens.&nbsp; Well first off this was a quart sized bag full of old foreign silver and odd tokens/ tax tokens from just about every state, 2 mexican gold pieces </p><p>( 2 Pesos and 2 1/2 Pesos) and the best was on top of the pile&nbsp; a 1798 Spanish 8 Reale and a 1892 8 Reale Mexico but even better than that was a 1899 Canadian Half Dollar in original condition XF 40.&nbsp; I will post photos later.&nbsp; I looked up the rough est of the half and it is priced between $500 and $1200 depending on condition. There was also a few tough issue trade tokens/establishment tokens in various metals.&nbsp; There werer numerous 10 - 30 dollar priced coins as well...&nbsp; WAY too many to mention.&nbsp; All for $125&nbsp; I just couldn&#039;t believe it.&nbsp; He just doesn&#039;t check his foriegn items.&nbsp; Not bragging here just very very excited.&nbsp; </p><p><br /></p><p>Now I need to figure out what to keep and what to sell.... hmmmm.....&nbsp;&nbsp; Thanks for reading!&nbsp; I also bought a powerball ticket in hopes that my luck will continue.&nbsp; $275 Million ticket would be sweet too!!&nbsp;&nbsp; I will try to post some photos this week.&nbsp; Tom[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
