I agree with cherrypicking, but I also believe in karma. Cherrypicking being fair to me only relates to business transaction where the seller is selling in a business like nature... I.E. B&M or Auctions etc... Cherry picking a non-numismatically knowledged person such as a co-worker, stranger, or little old lady with a box of coins would be a shameful act. If a coin dealer marks things down and doesn't care to make sure it is/stays accurate or creates lots of unchecked stuff for cheap than so be it. That is fair game in my opinion.
