There's a subtle flat rough spot on mine in the same location (difficult to capture in photo). I'm wondering if it's a matter of there not being enough metal in the planchet to completely fill the dies, and not a strike-through. The dies on both sides are deep in that spot. Six of them from one seller seems to indicate that this is common, although yours are pretty extreme.

 

I've been pulling them from the change everyone's been perfect I was hoping to find one but you know how that goes I'll keep trying for now
