First off I want to say it was GREAT to meet forum member KLJ--the kind of collector I like to be around!... The show was great!!!!!!...about 40 tables...and some great coins I had never seen before...some PF WL Halves...3 1955/55 Cents all owned by the same guy...they were low MS grades...and UNC Bust half dollars...some Bust Dollars from the 1800's too....its nice to see coins that more than likely I won't ever be able to buy....but I didn't say never...I said more than likely!!! I completed my Cent collection (Date and Mint Mark from 1909-date)!!!--I might get my 1931-S slabbed so I can make sure it doesn't get any marks on it!! And also got a good deal on 2 other items...a VF/XF 1908-S IHC...got it below Gray Sheet Bid price...and a nice 1955 Proof Set below gray sheet bid...little bit of toning on the half but the dime is CAMEO....and nice and white. I almost got a NGC 1953-S MS65 Franklin half dollar that was marked $45--great price but when it was slabbed a nice piece of hair had gotten sealed inside.. I don't think it was doing anything good to the coin :--O It was a great time and even though I only stayed 1 hour or a little more I went for what I needed and I came home with more! And to top the day off...I got home and got a note from Q. D. Bowers!!! Speedy
