I don't want to have discussions similar to this, when proactive efforts, as I've outlined, can avoid the ramifications. I'm sorry, but as a "Preferred Seller" with thousands of positive feedback, without shipping complaints (with a singular buyer statement that I must own stock in a tape company), I can't accept lame seller excuses justifying poor packaging efforts.
