(i.e. Religion, The Military, Education, The Workplace, Aging (et. al.), and as such we work within <u>the guidelines that others have set</u>. C.T. is but one more of these.</p><p><br /></p><p>Have you ever had a &#039;Speeding Ticket&#039; or a &#039;Parking Ticket&#039;? Every one is different in one way or another, but each has one thing in common. It exists as the result of perception of a transgression of &#039;the rules&#039;. Penalties apply for that transgression.</p><p>What happens next is up to us. No-one else. What we then decide to do is (again) up to us, and no-one else.</p><p>This is a great place.
