Weird water mark on $10.00 note

    on the first ten, the water mark shows on the hairline to the left an extra line. Indicating that he has a full head of hair. On the second ten, on the left, it indicates the he is bald on that side. Is this an error? Just curious. IMG_3843.JPG IMG_3844.JPG IMG_3838.JPG IMG_3840.JPG
