I meant double strike? But I couldn't edit it, sorry.

Any how Ihave a few quarters like this, even cleaner that seems to have an inner ring like a 2nd lighter stamp? Any thoughts on what or why?

No my friend those marks comes from a counting machine, or the quarter being an end of roll coin and the maching that seals the roll makes those marks.
    Sorry to pop your bubble.

No problem, I would rather know then not save and find out they were worth something.

Anytime you see those types of circular marks on a coin consider it damaged by a coin rolling machine.
