Opinions welcome. Is this a weak strike?

IMHO.. Not a weak strike. Looks like a well worn circulated Quarter.
Looks as if it's scratched off too many lottery tickets.
I think it's a bit more than just wear.
Look at the rims, for example.
The coin is circulated, of course, but I think
it's been flattened somehow also. That's not
a normal wear pattern, imo.
Minor broad strike?
IMHO - no error, normal wear.
Got a scale? Weigh it. Tell us the weight. Also let’s see the edge on the side.
probably weak strike... look at the bg. what would normally be flat is all corrugated.
Very cool. If its just wear its lowball. Could send to PCGS and a lowball collector would totally buy it. Does looks a little off than normal wear though.
I had to dig my scale out of a box cause of remodeling but I managed to find it and the weight is 5.37 grams so it's light, that probably negates the possibility of weak strike. Who knows it probably is circulation wear but its just a weird wear pattern. Here is the edge.
The edge just proves that
the coin has been 'machined'
and is not just 'worn'
Can’t argue with Fred! He the man!!!
I agree with Fred.
Probably someone's weekend project. Oh well 25¢ towards a can of soda.
