Weak Strike or Circulation Wear?

    Hi all. Wasn't sure if this coin was a weak strike or just circulation damage. It appears to have some unusually "smushsed" details. I have 2 other similar nickels Ill post after this one!

    a weak strike wouldn't have all those scratches (aka damage) and stuff all over it.
    Well worn and damaged circulated nickel.
