Well, if PCGS is correct I bet you have two UNIQUE coins. That temporarily puts you WAY ahead of 1933 Double Eagles.
Unique, to say the least. But, their error, and you have to pay postage both ways! That is simply not right
I think they should pay for the postage both ways as well as the reholdering fee too. That's just unacceptable..........
Are they back to the old blue labels again? It's been a bit since I've submitted anything. And they should certainly cover the cost to correct their mistake.
They call this a "mechanical error." You know, because human error does not occur at PCGS. They will fix it for free and ship it back to me for free, but I have to pay to ship it to them (which is really a non-issue if I send it along with another order).
Yellow ANACS Standing Liberty 25c? I guessed its XF45, not good enough for AU50... seems like PCGS thought different. Or is it another mistake?....
You will not have to pay postage to have them fix this. Call customer service, be nice, and explain what happened. They'll fix no charge and send you a check for your outbound postage if you ask for it.
What about the waste your life in the USPS line again fixng their FUBAB; do they compensate for that?
