I probably shouldn't be surprised that someone who would break one eBay rule would break others too, but I hoped he had integrity and just wanted to get around the Paypal bureaucracy. At least he refunded the money, but geez. With all the negatives he's getting I doubt he'll be selling much longer, but watch out if you see his auctions.[/QUOTE]
