I found these bills on eBay of course, and I noticed the green color of the serial numbers looks kind of funny, like it had " spread out " somehow. Maybe it was washed or bleached and the color ran/bled into the surrounding paper ?
I don't know. It just didn't look normal to me.

Any one have any ideas about why it looks this way, or has anyone seen this before, or am I just crazy and going color blind or something?

I don't plan to buy them, it's just that the color caught my eye.

The color doesn't seem to be washed out around the numbers or spread out to you?
Do you see color in between the numbers?
I looked at other bills after I saw these and they don't look like this.
Do you see color inside the Ds and the 8s, 9s and 6s?

Dont see anything there that would indicate either was done.

Normal but maybe a bit too much ink.
