    The weak spots on your coin is common with wheat cent reverses. Abe's head and lapel require more metal to fill the die. The coin metal flows to the points of lease resistance and does not have time to fill the reverse die fully.
    O of one is opposite shoulder. The middle US OF A is opposite of ear.

    I also think struck thru debris may be responsible for the weakness at the top of the E of cent.
