What was first and foremost in my mind was emptying a delivery van containing upward of 300 packages and 120 stops and getting my butt home safely to my family.&nbsp; </p><p><br /></p><p>I will say this.......UPS takes a dim view toward thievery and those that do it are eventually rooted out and dealt with.&nbsp; It doesn&#039;t matter how much the value of the item being pilfered is, the result is always the same......you&#039;re fired.&nbsp; We had a mechanic who was smuggling oil out in his thermos bottle.....he got the boot.&nbsp; There was a supervisor who was stealing watches.&nbsp; Had a good number of years with the company.&nbsp; He got the boot.&nbsp; Had a group of night loaders stealing rifles.&nbsp; ATF got involved.&nbsp; I think they did some jail time.&nbsp; It&#039;s a real temptation for some folks to stick their hand in the cookie jar (where it don&#039;t belong) but they all get caught.&nbsp; Eventually.&nbsp;&nbsp; Sorry you guys are having so much trouble with the hired help but I can assure you that most of the people that deliver to your homes (FDX, UPS, USPS) are good hardworking honest people that value their jobs as well as their salaries.&nbsp; Oh, and if they were anything like me, they also loved their customers too.........well, most of them anyway.&nbsp; Some customers were difficult to deal with, but I rolled with it.&nbsp; <img src="styles/default/xenforo/clear.png" class="mceSmilieSprite mceSmilie1" alt=":)" unselectable="on" unselectable="on" />[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
