    Fascinating coin.

What you actually likely have is an example that was not struck with sufficient force. The metal was not driven into key high points of the dies. On the reverse, Victory's torso and (ahem) "waist" area are flat instead of showing drapery details. On the obverse there is a spot in the centre at the high point of the helmet rim where details are also missing.

The coin is a good example of a weak strike. Note the texture in the blank parts of the obverse especially. I wonder if the die cutter was aware that a weak strike would undress Victory.

Then there's this antoninianus of Trebonianus Gallus on which Victoria experiences a "wardrobe malfunction."
