I have three of these perfect shape everything else is clean cut but the 4 in 1943 is missing. Anyone know the value?
I can see the 4 on both coins. The coins look to be replated, so I'll say they are worth a penny each. Take pics straight on, not from an angle, you'll get better results.
The second penny is to show how much of a difference these are and they are uncerculated just pulled them out of a roll of all steel pennies
No I got them from a bank I noticed they were diffrent so I bought the role took them home and sorted threw to see what they are
First welcome to the neighborhood, Ashley. If you've become interested in coin collecting, I suggest that you start your education by buying "A Guide Book of United States Coins" (also called the Red Book). It contains a wealth of information about every coin that has ever been used or produced in the US since colonial times. The only thing about the book that you should take "with a grain of salt" are the price guides which tend to be a bit exaggerated. Chris
Thank you chris I have few random rare coins I just have been so ingrossed with how many I found and this is the first I have ever seen a steel penny I apretiate the useful info
