    With the lamination and overall appearance, your coin looks like it was struck on a 35% silver planchet. I don't think any of the Henning's were struck on the war time composition.

    As other have said, there looks like there could be a some remnant of a P. Possibly grease filled or someone messed with it long ago and the circulation has removed the evidence
