War In The Pacific Quarter 2019-D DDR or Mechanical Doubling question.

    From what I can see it looks like mechanical doubling. But, I have some questions about some of the areas that have the doubling. Specifically looking at the areas with arrows pointing to them and the circles around them. I can see some small splits on the back of the helmet(which is circled), a split on the left shoulder and top right portion of the backpack(which is also circled), both have arrows pointing to them. I also would like to ask why the backpack extends below the buttocks in the arrowed picture but not on the other 2 pictures which are of "normal" coins?
