Wanting to buy a Copy Stand. Opinions on this one?

    Good ball heads can be very sturdy. I have one on the tripod I use for my traveling setup, and mount a focusing rail to it. I just wouldn't design a copy stand with one.

    Hey, guys. Just wanted to give an update to let you all know that I finally have what I want. I purchased a System-3 setup from Ray (@rmpsrpms). Here is a link to that system on his site: http://www.macrocoins.com/example-system-3.html

    I'll post it again, great choice on photog system and superb images. This may be the nudge I needed to lay down the cash for that Rodagon D...:)
