I came across this story online, which was too cool not to share: a bank converted into a home! And check out the banknotes she found in the vault. http://fb-214.sfglobe.com/2015/03/2...at-and-transforms-the-inside/?src=fbfan_38180
Yes, please. And to know that there is a printing press in the basement? I'm not sure I have any idea what something like that would be worth...but if the building was only $52k...gotta think that would make a great napkin dispenser.
I want to know how the bank got away with selling the property *including* the contents of the safety deposit boxes.
It would only take a couple of nice safety deposit boxes to make up for the price of the building. I bet she actually found some pretty darn good stuff in there. I cant believe they didnt drill them before the bank was sold. $52,000 seems like a bargain for that building.
