I have purachased from this seller a few times in the past , circ barber dimes. The coins I recieved were ok but a few of the walker's in those photos do appear cleaned.
This seller is one of those guys who goes to shows and is willing to purchase a dealers problems. If the dealer is smart enough to turn them both are winners. Then this guy loads up his ebay store, offers good pictures and lets the buyer make their on decisions on grades/conditions. Seems he is very successful. Has good feedback. Seems to get top dollar for what he sells, although he can be picked off. I've won a few of his coppers and always have been pleasantly surprised. They look better in hand. Silver coins probably won't look any better though. Just look his silver coins over really good. He won't point anything out, just lets you decide. Of course, if it looks cleaned in his pics.. it is. Not all are cleaned though. All that said I have never bought any from him for my collection. Only to resale.
