I don't collect US at all - but the Walkers are probably the best design the US Mint came out with. They even look good in worn condition! This coin won't win any prizes, a typical circulated example.

 

Here ya go Sal. I bought this in 1983 for $300 as a 63/65 with an ANACS transfer cert.

Then when PCGS came out with that wonderful Rattler Technology I sent it in. Good job boys. I can play this one in background for anyone who wants to sing Magic Bus.

Last time I looked it was valued at $75 but that was before the carbon spot showed up. I have never been happy with this coin. I only keep it as a reminder that: Darwin has to eat too.

He must have been rubbing his hands together and giggling in 1983.

 

This was a hard one to crack out of her slab, but glad she found a home in my type set.
