Hey guys. We have an unsightly wall at the coin shop. I am looking into getting vinyl put on it like the do for all the cars you see around. This is my first rough draft... what do you think? Would you be impressed if you walked into the shop and saw this?

I'll probably post a few more before I decide.

i like the first one better, but (just my opinion) 4 obverses would be nicer than the obverse and reverse of 2 coins.

I like it. For one wall as a contrast to three plain walls I think it would be a nice touch. I think the gold and maybe brown copper would go better with beige than silver.
Edit: I was referring to the first pic. I think the second one is too busy.

I like the first one. How about incorporating your store logo somewhere? Do you already have it elswhere inside?

That's a good thought and I had thought about that on the left side. I'll toss some more together this afternoon or tomorrow.

I think copper coins would go better with your current color scheme. The first one would work better if you planned on wearing large gold and silver coins as jewelry as well.

    Hey Matt,

I really like a guy that is always thinking of ways to promote his wares.

I think the first picture so far is the best.

You might try to think of something along the line of Cents to Morgans.
A progression of US coins in some manner.

I would put the counter as close to the wall as possible and put shelves with Coins on them, or hanging glass cases. When I go to a coin shop I like to see a whole bunch of coins(real ones).

I have more then enough case space...what you can see there is only about 1/3 of the total cases.

Sorry Matt, but it's too loud for what I'd like to see when considering coins to buy... My eye would be drawn more to that wall than anything you have on display. And that's saying a lot, because you post some of the coolest stuff I've seen!

Good moves getting opinions from your target customers though! :thumb: Very business savvy!

    Keep 'em coming!

To break from the crowd, I do like the 2nd one better. But some coppers may be cool too.

OK that’s good, then put some nice wood, paint it nice, maybe put you high end stuff there. I agree with Silentviolent to loud, the first one looks like a billboard for a Cash for gold place, and the second looks like the coin Machine at a supermarket.
