Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Never the less, as old as this coin is, MS grades are rare. It&#039;s hard for such a coin to withstand 200 years of the chance of being worn, drilled, cleaned, or otherwise mutilated. </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The scratch is on the slab, you can see the white, which indicates a plastic scratch.
