The vota legend is particularly interesting because "DEC III" refers to vows for 10 more years, for the third time. This refers to the occasion for fulfilling the 20-year vows and taking vows for 30--"SVSCEPTA DEC III". Antoninus Pius became emperor in 138, making 139 year 2 and 157 his year 20. Low and behold, RIC dates this to "157/8". There reverse also comes with obverses with "TRP XXI" and "TRP XXII." For some reason the "TRP" numbering of Antoninus Pius jumped two in the year 147 (A change in how TRP was reckoned?) so think of these like normal years 20 and 21. So, you have, in effect, a "VOT XXX" piece. Neat!
