    The coin will have KAA rather then KHA (the A's are quite often badly formed but they are certainly As). Making this coin from Serdica. There are more details needed and ideally photos required to provide more detail than that. There are a number of obverse legend variations from Serdica that have PIVS in there. These come with a variety of bust types and combined with a range of reverse types/legends.

    Can you read the remainder of the obverse legend?
    Can you describe the bust type?
    Can you read the reverse legend?
    Can you describe the reverse type?

    A photo pf both sides would allow any of us to fill in these gaps and provide more information.
