10 dong 1968, nickel clad steel, weight - 5 g., size - 25,5 mm, thickness - 1,5 mm, mintage - 30000000 pcs. Such coins were released at 1968 and 1970.

 

The communist troops of the Democratic republic of Viet Nam occupied the Republic of Viet Nam at April 30 1975. The bloody war came to the end. The both of the part of Viet Nam was united and at the 1976 the Socialist republic of Viet Nam was proclaimed.

This is one coin from Vietnam. Nice UNC except for the ugly scratch.

 

You have a lot of them that I've never seen. The North Vietnamese coins don't show up around here.
