This is a medal from the 60th anniversary (Diamond Jubilee) of the coronation of Queen Victoria (1897) with all the «countries» of the British Empire on the obverse And a Ceylon 10 Cents 1893
Previous posts have covered most of the larger Vicky British coins, so here are some of the tiddlers from my collection. Clockwise from top left: 1853 Three ha'pence 1853 Quarter farthing 1878 Third farthing (sorry about the upside down reverse!) 1838 Tuppence (With one of your cents for scale.) All of these are circulation coins - mostly for colonial use. The Tuppence in particular confuses many collectors as they assume it is Maundy but they were made in two years for circulation.
