Plus, Heritage was the one auctioning off the coin. They had to have examined the coin (like they should do with every coin). How many times has Heritage auctioned off PVC damaged coins? Probably more than once. Plus even if I didn't crack it out, I still would've gotten burnt. It had a 7 day return for a refund.
