Plus, Heritage was the one auctioning off the coin. They had to have examined the coin (like they should do with every coin). How many times has Heritage auctioned off PVC damaged coins? Probably more than once. Plus even if I didn&#039;t crack it out, I still would&#039;ve gotten burnt. It had a 7 day return for a refund. But the coin looked fine, I felt this coin could receive a higher grade, so I decided to send it off to NGC, which then found out about 3 weeks later that it had PVC on it.</p><p><br /></p><p>I am sorry to have pulled this all off of topic. This discussion on my experience is going to stop, I got burned on Heritage. Leave it that. Of course I made a mistake too like hobo said, the coin still had PVC.
