The Vatican does not issue any coins for circulation. On one hand that makes sense since, like anybody else in Euroland, they can use all euro and cent circulation coins. On the hand one might ask why they "need" to issue coins at all then.</p><p><br /></p><p>That is why the European Commission recently suggested modifying the monetary agreements with MC, SM and VA.
