Do not only the 71 blue Ikes, 72-78 clads and 73/74 proofs have the only peglegs with any added premium? I don't see it on the DIVA list or price guides. For 72 PR (brown Ike which this one certainly appears to be) I see 3 entries in the DIVA book. Plain 2SP-301 2SP-302 I don't see 72S pegleg with any premium. Have you discovered the only 72 PR with a pegleg or do you have secret numbers? Nothing in Redbook or CPG.
Comparing the pix to a plain 72 brown ike in hand shows some devices being a bit fat or poor photography. It is a 301, is it not?
I have to take off again . Nothing in the price guide for this DDR . Which the full peg leg goes with ( ODV #6 ) which is the only die used . That's according to coneca .. http://varietyvista.com/13 Eisenhower Dollars/Obverse Design Varieties.htm
2SP-302 is DDO/DDR on the DIVA price guide. I didn't study it hard enough to determine the leg of the R.
Toms site is gone, which makes it a pain in the ass, now . I'll be back in a couple of hours . Everybody needs me, big family ....
