I'm trying to determine what secondary market exists for those coin bags the U.S. Mint sells. I've got a few $100 FV bags of Presidential Dollars and Kennedy Halves.

Do any of y'all have experience with that kind of thing? Do the sealed bags carry premiums or is it better to bust the coins out?

Have you checked eBay for sales of these?

    FWIW......

I've found dozens of MS68 quarters, halves & dollars in bags. I've also found numerous mint errors in bags.

    No guts, no glory!

usually people look through them for high grades and errors, then spend the rest. that's why theres so many NIFC halves and dollars out there.
