Yes, I am not familiar with paper currency value other than face value. I was going through my wallet and noticed this bill with a star & looked up 2013 K star notes only to find different answers.
I would look at some of the star notes here and ebay it will give you an idea of value if your thinking to sell.
I'd tend to agree, though not a paper money guy, myself. I think star notes of this era really need to be UNC to be worth any premium over face (and even then, it's probably modest). But the paper people can correct me if I'm wrong on that. Still a fun find, regardless. PS- I didn't notice any particular discoloration in the photo (?), but there are obvious signs of circulation, which tells me that this one isn't UNC.
It has stains, creases and it's 2013 (new). Yes, it's a Star Note but nothing special about it, including the serial number. It's worth face value.
Spender !! just the fact that it is a star note doesnt give it much extra credit unless its from a rare run.
