Value WV quarter missing clad layer

Looks like the WV coin may have missing clad layer on only heads side. Is that possible? If it is, what would it be worth? Uploading pictures on here is not user friendly (it says I have it in my album but it won't upload) so a rough estimate without pictures? Thanks!

Sorry, but without pictures, no one will be able to tell you anything.

You can use the 'Upload a File' feature or you could copy and paste.

At this point you need to weigh the coin. That will tell you if it has a missing layer.
