I pay $.01 each for my junk copper pennies. </p><p><br /></p><p>With that mess aside, It seems to me that there would probably be a higher chance of finding a valuable variety if you were searching only the 95% copper pennies, am I right? Sure, you lose the '84 doubled ear, WAMs, CAMs, and many other great ones, but most of the Cherry Picker's Guide varieties seem to be in the copper category anyway. Am I right in thinking you would have a better valuable variety ratio for 95% pennies or am I just showing my cards that I don't look for enough newer varieties in my roll hunting?
