    It looks official. These small Val III bronzes always look fairly crude. For comparison, here are three examples that I sold--

    I agree with @Victor_Clark . It is an official Valentinian III.
    Here is mine:

    Mintmark very weak, maybe RPM (?)
    RIC X 2135 has no mm. RIC X 2123. Sear V 21326 ff.
