    In 5 1/2 months of searching I've found 1 V nickel, 13 Buffalos, and 34 War Nickels.

Haven't found any Buffaloes for decades and have never found a V nickel. You would think that since they are relatively rare it would be reflected in the price, which it isn't. Bought my grand daughter a set (without the three keys) for less than $50 on eBay.

    1,238 rolls x 40 x 5 seconds each...let's see (put down the 5 and carry the one, then divide by 60...then divide by 60) that's 68.7778 hours!

All found in one tube of worn out nickels. What are the odds? image.jpeg

excellent odds, since they all are probably fake

That is exactly what I think. I haven't had them looked at yet. But a couple guys on CT think that I may be wrong.

In 3 yrs of pocket change I've found 1 v nickel, but I've never found a war nickel... Pretty strange

Either you got a steal or the coins aren't very high grade.
