Let's just say that we are diametrically opposed in our thinking regarding everything you just said. But I do agree with one thing, there are those who think the rules are enforced selectively. But no matter what I did or how much I told you, that would still be the case. And it would still be the case that they are wrong. And that's really the crux of the matter Paul, because no matter what I say people still have to decide for themselves if they believe me - or not. Ya see Paul, people love to judge, they just absolutely love it - just like what you're doing right now. You're claiming that we're fools because we don't ban people if they threaten to sue the forum. That's your opinion, but we believe the direct opposite is true, that we would be fools if we did what you suggest. And that's why people always clamor for so called transparency because they want to judge for themselves if the person/s administering things is right or wrong. Look at this entire thread, and the other like it, that's all people are doing - judging others ! Throughout this entire forum that's what you have - people judging others. It's a constant. For other examples, go find any thread you want that discusses ethics, and there are a great many of them. In every single one you're going to find the same thing - entire groups of people disagreeing with each other, sometimes vehemently about what is right or wrong. But does the discussion of the matter change anything ? Of course not and it never will because everybody thinks differently - on just about every subject there is. And it's not just here, it's the same with everything in life - literally everything ! And you think it would make it better to open up who knows how many threads like this ? By publicly airing everybody's dirty laundry ? How many law suits do you think that would generate ?
